By accessing or using the PawManager mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
PawManager is a mobile application designed to assist dog owners and breeders in managing various aspects of dog care and breeding, including but not limited to:
- Dog profiles and records
- Health tracking (vaccinations, treatments, tests)
- Breeding management
- Financial tracking and budgeting
- Reminders and notifications
- Reports and data summaries
The App is available in different usage modes, including Owner and Breeder modules, which may offer different features and pricing.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account using email authentication.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Guest Mode
The App may offer a Guest Mode with limited functionality (e.g., limited number of dogs).
Upgrading to a paid plan may be required to unlock full functionality.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features may require a paid subscription.
- Payments are processed via Google Play
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account
We do not issue refunds except as required by applicable law or Google Play policies.
5. User Data and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the data you enter into the App, including:
- Dog information
- Health records
- Financial data
- Breeding data
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-generated content.
6. Backup and Data Storage
PawManager may provide backup functionality using cloud storage (e.g., Firebase Storage).
However:
- Backups are not guaranteed to be continuous or error-free
- You are responsible for verifying your data and backups
- We are not liable for data loss
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
- Interfere with the App’s operation
- Upload malicious or harmful data
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App (excluding user data) are the property of PawManager and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without permission.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your use poses a risk to the App or other users
You may stop using the App at any time.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available".
We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- The data will always be accurate or up-to-date
- The App will meet your specific needs
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
PawManager shall not be liable for:
- Data loss
- Financial losses
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Issues related to breeding, health, or financial decisions based on App data

Changes will be effective upon posting within the App or on our website.
Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
